REQUEST FOR PARTNERSHIP AND ASSISTANCE TOWARDS OUR FORTHCOMING TOUR TAGGED: “RE-BRANDING NIGERIA THROUGH BIKING TOUR 2011”.
On behalf of NAIJA RUFF RYDER CLUB (NRRC), we humbly request for your very kind consideration, by endorsing our forth coming tour schedule for November 2nd – 14th, 2011 and assisting toward its success.
Since the inception of your brand in Nigeria, there has been tremendous progress in the developmental activities of your company/ organization, with an aggressive reform agenda focused on human resource development and investing in people, rural development and private sector development.
The over one week tour is tagged: “RE-BRANDING NIGERIA THROUGH BIKING TOUR 2011”. With the theme: Creative Awareness Campaign (CAC) among leaders and youth, centered on behavioral and attitudinal changes towards the spread of HIV/AIDS, gender equality, growing poverty, conflict management, global warming, political stability and protecting the rights of youth in Africa.
The educational and socio- economic tour tagged: RE-BRANDING NIGERIA THROUGH BIKING TOUR 2011 which will started in 2011 is born out of desire for NAIJA RUFF RYDER CLUB (NRRC) to fulfill one of its objectives by networking with other biking organizations within and outside the African sub regions that share similar goals in combating the menace of HIV/AIDS, Accidents, Drugs, illiteracy, Poverty, Unemployment and other related diseases.
The tour will be a great opportunity for your company / organization, to showcase their immense commitment, goodwill, human and material resource towards playing a leading role in human development in Nigeria, Africa and indeed globally.
Therefore considering the unique quality of your brand, we will appreciate the assistance of your company / organization in the following areas;
1. Vehicle(s) to convey about ad-hoc staffs, medical personnel, embarking on the trip
2. Accommodations at States that will serve as station centers
3. Useful materials like souvenirs, books and publications
4. T-shirts and Face caps for the tour
5. Refreshments, energy drinks
6. Equipments like projectors, Video Camera, Cassettes, tapes and recorders, microphones, and Laptops.
The benefits of the Sponsors include the following;
1) The sponsors of the trip will have the opportunity to advertise their brand by using those on the tour as their advertisement ambassadors throughout the tour.
2) The Sponsors will have the opportunity to advertise free of charge in NRRC forth coming Magazine; “NAIJA RUFF RYDER” to mark her official launch in Nigeria, which will be launch on 18th January, 2012.
3) The sponsors will also be given all audio –visual documentations of the trip for their database and reporting.
4) The sponsors will form an integral part of the planning of the annual event from conception to its implementation; will a collective task of ensuring a transparent and accountable process through out the course of the pre and post tour.
